To reserve your accommodation, you must submit a completed housing application and include a $150 non-refundable application fee, $200 non-refundable administrative fee, and a $100 refundable security deposit. The administrative fee is refundable if no lease is signed, but non-refundable upon signing of a lease. All accommodation types require a $200 confirmation fee that must be submitted by April 1, 2016. The confirmation fee is refundable before May 1, 2016 with documentation that the student has been denied admission to an Austin area college/university or will be attending another college/university outside the Austin area. After May 1, 2016, the confirmation fee is no longer refundable for any reason.

First payment due June 1, 2016. Nine subsequent installments due the first of each month through March 1, 2017
