To reserve your accommodation, you must submit a completed housing application and include a $50 non-refundable application fee and a $200 refundable security deposit. All accommodation types require a $400 confirmation fee that must be submitted by April 1, 2014. The confirmation fee is refundable before May 1, 2014 with documentation that the student has been denied admission to an Austin area college/university or will be attending another college/university outside the Austin area. After May 1, 2014, the confirmation fee is no longer refundable for any reason.

First payment due June 1,2014. Nine subsequent installments due the first of each month through March 1, 2015
